Children and Young People early intervention mental health and emotional wellbeing support survey
In 2020, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) carried out engagement with children and young people, families and professionals. This was undertaken to help us to gather information about people’s understanding and experience of early support and intervention for mental health and emotional wellbeing services for children and young people. You told us that there was a need for greater awareness of early intervention services, a need to be able to access timely support with no thresholds, a need for flexible support, alongside better partnership working between services. Since then, we have undertaken work to improve the pathway, and we’d like to know what you think.
Services in scope:
- Be U Notts (ages 0-25 service in City and County excluding Bassetlaw)
- Talkzone (ages 11-25 in Bassetlaw)
- Kooth (ages 11-25 in Bassetlaw)
- Mental Health Support Teams in Schools (ages 5-18 in City and County)
- Targeted CAMHS (under 18s in City)
